The parish reserves the right to decline or reschedule any sacramental service if requirements are not met, if scheduling conflicts arise, or if circumstances make the service impractical.

Donations & Stipends

The parish gratefully accepts voluntary donations and sacramental stipends to support its pastoral operations, maintenance, and community programs.

General Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made in the spirit of Christian generosity
• Donations may be made in person at the parish office or through any official payment channel indicated on the website
• Official receipts will be issued for all monetary donations received through the parish office
• Donations are non-refundable unless made in clear error, in which case a written request must be submitted within seven (7) days

Sacramental Stipends

• Stipends for masses, baptisms, weddings, and other sacraments follow the schedule set by the Diocese of Gumaca
• Stipends are distinct from donations and are intended to support the stipend offerings of the clergy as governed by canon law (Can. 945–958)
• The inability to pay a stipend shall never be a reason to deny a sacrament to any faithful Catholic

Jurisdiction

Should formal legal action become necessary, any dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Quezon Province, Philippines, to the exclusion of other venues.

Nothing in this section shall prevent the parish from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, data, or other proprietary rights.

Modifications to These Terms

The parish reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to reflect:
