Our History

1958 Foundation

Foundation of the first chapel as a mission station under the Diocese of Lucena — the seed of faith planted in Perez.

1965 Establishment

Erection as a full-fledged parish; first resident priest assigned to serve the growing community of faithful.

1982 Construction

Construction of the current stone church, dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua as patron saint of the parish.

2000 Growth

Establishment of parish social action center and basic ecclesial communities across the barangays of Perez.

2020 Renewal

Church renovation and digital outreach; new ministries launched for youth and families during challenging times.

Present Today

Vibrant parish serving over 4,200 faithful with active liturgical, social, and community programs in Perez.
