How do I schedule a Baptism?

Please visit the parish office at least two weeks before the desired baptism date. Bring the child’s birth certificate, the parents’ marriage certificate (if applicable), and the names of the godparents. A pre-baptismal seminar is required for both parents and sponsors.

What are the requirements for a Church Wedding?

Couples must schedule an appointment at least three months before the wedding date. Requirements include baptismal and confirmation certificates (recent copies), marriage license, canonical interview, pre-Cana seminar completion, and the names of sponsors (ninong and ninang).

How can I request a Mass intention?

Mass intentions can be requested at the parish office during office hours. Please provide the name of the person, your preferred date and time, and the stipend offering. You may also call or email us to check available schedules.

How do I join a parish ministry or organization?

We welcome all parishioners who wish to serve! You may approach any of our ministry leaders after Mass, visit the parish office, or contact us through this page. We have active groups including the Legion of Mary, Youth Ministry, Parish Choir, Bible Study Group, and the Agro Ministry.

Please visit the parish office with a valid ID. If requesting on behalf of someone else, bring an authorization letter. A small processing fee may apply. Certificates are usually available within 3–5 working days.
